Blackcurrant Crush

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 15mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
  • 60mL Bacardi Superior White Rum
  • 6 Fresh Lime Wedges
  • 200mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Mixed Berries and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Muddle the fresh lime and SHOTT Sugar syrup vigorously in a short glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and pour the white rum over the ice.
  3. Drizzle the SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey over the ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with berries and sprig of fresh mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy

Kentucky Caramel

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 15mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Jim Bean
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Egg White
  • Ice

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
  2. Shake without ice until the egg has emulsified.
  3. Add ice and shake until tin has frosted.
  4. Double strain the contents of the shaker into a pre-chilled glass.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Iced Cinnamon Chai Tea

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes)
  • 10mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 1ea Earl Grey Tea Bag
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint and a Slice of Lemon

Method

  1. Pour the hot water and add the Earl Grey tea bag to a tea pot.
  2. Steep for 2-3 minutes, remove the tea bag and leave to cool.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour the SHOTT Sugar Syrup, SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes) and the earl grey tea over ice
  5. Stir to combine
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon
  7. Serve & enjoy
