Rose Iced Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Rose
  • 50g Ice
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: A Scoop Of Ice Cream

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Rose over the ice and top with the full cream milk.
  3. Stir to combine and garnish with a scoop of ice cream.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Rose Mocha

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Rose
  • 60g Melted Chocolate
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 240mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Cocoa Powder

Method

  1. Extract the espresso coffee and pour into a mug.
  2. Add the SHOTT Rose and the melted chocolate into the mug and stir to combine.
  3. Texturize the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the textured milk into the mug.
  5. Garnish with the cocoa powder.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Rose Bubble Tea

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Rose
  • 50g Ice
  • 40g Tapioca Pearls
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Dried Rose Petals

Method

  1. Add the tapioca pearls and ice to a cup.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Rose over the pearls and ice.
  3. Top with the milk and stir to combine.

  • 150mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Dried Rose Petals

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Rose into the espresso coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with the dried rose petals.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

  2. Pour the SHOTT Rose and gin over the ice.
  3. Pour in the soda water and the prosecco.

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
  • 30mL SHOTT Rose
  • 30mL Vodka
  • 60mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Raspberry and Rose Skewer

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Raspberry, SHOTT Rose, lemon juice, egg white and the vodka into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
  3. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry and rose petal skewer.

  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Edible Flowers

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add both of the SHOTT Rose and SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Place the cup on a saucers and garnish with edible flowers.
