Passion Pillar

Ingredients

  • 45mL SHOTT Passionfruit
  • 30mL Vodka
  • 200mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Passionfruit Seeds and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the soda water into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass and top with the soda water.
  5. Garnish with the passionfruit seeds and a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

  • 30mL Gin
  • 180mL Citrus Soda
  • Crushed Ice
  • Garnish: A Dehydrated Lemon Slice and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Passionfruit over the ice.
  3. Top with the citrus soda and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish by slowly pouring the SHOTT Passionfruit into the glass.

  • 10mL Orange Juice
  • 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 140mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: An Orange Slice

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients but the soda water into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  3. Strain the drink into a flute glass.
  4. Top with the soda water and stir to combine.

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 10mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 30mL 12 Year-Old Rum
  • 30mL 12 Year-Old Dark Rum
  • 30mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 23mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Crushed Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint, An Orange Twist and A Lime Half-Filled With Absinthe

Method

  1. Fill a tiki mug with the crushed ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the tin has frosted.

Ingredients

  • 30mL Vodka
  • 15mL Yellow French Liqueur
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 60mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Sugar (Rim), Fresh Mint and A Lemon Wedge

Method

  1. Rim a glass by dipping the edge into water then into the sugar.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Passionfruit Pavlovas

Ingredients

  • 200mL SHOTT Passionfruit
  • 500mL Whipping Cream
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 1.5 Cups Caster Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
  • Garnish: Fresh Fruit

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the egg whites and the sugar until peaks start to form.
  3. Fold in the vanilla, corn flour and vinegar and beat for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Using a knife, mould the mix into a cake on a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Turn down the oven to 100°C, place the mix in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Turn off the oven, open the oven door slightly and leave the Pavlova in the oven to cool.
  7. To garnish, mix 100mL of the SHOTT Passionfruit into the cream and beat together.
  8. Decorate the pavlova with the passionfruit-flavoured cream and the fresh fruit.
  9. Drizzle over the remaining SHOTT Passionfruit.
  10. Serve & enjoy.

  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 45mL Vanilla Vodka
  • Sparkling Water

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  3. Add the basil leave into the glass and stir to combine.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
