Recipe

Passionfruit Pavlovas

Ingredients

• 200mL SHOTT Passionfruit
• 500mL Whipping Cream
• 5 Egg whites
• 1.5 Cups Caster Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
• 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
Garnish: Fresh Fruit

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Beat the egg whites and the sugar until peaks start to form.
3. Fold in the vanilla, corn flour and vinegar and beat for another 3-5 minutes.
4. Using a knife, mould the mix into a cake on a sheet of baking paper.
5. Turn down the oven to 100°C, place the mix in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
6. Turn off the oven, open oven door slightly and leave the pavlova in the oven to cool.
7. To garnish, mix 100mL of the SHOTT Passionfruit into the cream and beat together.
8. Decorate the pavlova with the passionfruit-flavoured cream and the fresh fruit.
9. Drizzle over the remaining SHOTT Passionfruit.
10.Serve & enjoy.

Passionfruit Mojito

Ingredients

• 20mL SHOTT Passionfruit
• 15mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
• 45mL White Rum
• ½ Juicy Fresh Lime Cut Into Wedges
• 8 Mint Leaves
• Ice
Garnish: Fresh Mint

Method

1. Muddle together the lime wedges and the SHOTT Sugar
Syrup in a glass.
2. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle again.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Pour the SHOTT Passionfruit and the rum over the ice.
5. Top with soda water and stir to combine.
6. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
7. Serve & enjoy.

30mL SHOTT Passionfruit
10mL Lemon Juice
5 Basil Leaves
45mL Vanilla Vodka
Sparkling Water

Method

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour the SHOTT Passionfruit, lemon juice, and vodka over the ice.
3. Add the basil leave into the glass and stir to combine.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with plenty of fresh mint leaves.
6. Serve & enjoy

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Pink Guava
5mL SHOTT Passionfruit
30mL Cointreau
15mL Fresh Orange Juice
15mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice
15mL Raspberry Sherbert
5mL Honey
Ice
Garnish: Luxardo Cherry, Grapefruit Peel and an Orange Peel

Method

1. Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
2. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
3. Pour the cocktail into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with luxardo cherry, grapefruit peel and an orange peel.

20mL SHOTT Passionfruit 180mL Prosecco
Garnish: A Fresh Lemon Slice

Method

1. Pour the prosecco into a champagne ute.

20mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
5mL SHOTT Vanilla
250mL Chi Herbal Sparkling Water Ice
Garnish: A Sprig of Fresh Basil

Method

1. Add the fresh basil, SHOTT Passionfruit, SHOTT Tahitian Lime and SHOTT Vanilla to a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice and swizzle the ingredients until glass has frosted.
3. Top with the chi herbal sparkling water.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
