Macadamia Mochaccino

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 180mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Macadamia into the espresso coffee.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate powder.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Macadamia Bubble Tea

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 50g Ice
  • 40g Tapioca Pearls
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Add the tapioca pearls and ice to a cup.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Macadamia over the pearls and ice.
  3. Top with the milk and stir to combine.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

  • 260mL Black Tea
  • 30mL Tapioca Pearls

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 20mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 150mL Cold Brew Coffee
  • 70mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a glass.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Serve & enjoy.
Cold Brew Natto

Creamy Nutty Tea & Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 25mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 1 Cream & Caramel Tea Bag
  • 45mL Cold Brewed Coffee
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lemon Wedge and Fresh Rosemary

Method

  1. In a heatproof jug, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and step aside to cool.
  2. Fill a glass with the ice.
  3. Pour the SHOTT Macadamia and the infused tea over the ice.
  4. Top with the cold brewed coffee.
  5. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
Creamy Nutty Tea & Cold Brew

Macadamia Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Mini Marshmallows and Macadamia Nuts

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add the SHOTT Macadamia and the SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Garnish with the mini marshmallows and the macadamia nuts.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Macadamia Melt

Ingredients

  • 10ml SHOTT Macadamia
  • 10ml SHOTT Salted Caramel
  • 30ml Diplomatico Reserva
  • 30ml Diplomatico Reserva
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Whittaker’s White Chocolate Bar

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice & stir to combine.
  3. Using a lighter/blow torch, melt a portion of the white chocolate bar.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate across the rim of the glass & blance the remaining bar across the top of the glass.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
