Spiced Ginger Beer

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • ¾ Cup (140g) Ice
  • 180mL Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Fresh Lemon

Method

  1. Fill a 400mL cup ¾ with ice.
  2. Add 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey.
  3. Fill cup with Ginger Beer.
  4. Stir & enjoy.
Spiced Ginger Beer

Classic Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • 30mL Whiskey
  • Garnish: A Slice Lemon And Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Top with the hot water and stir carefully.
  3. Leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with the slice lemon and cinnamon stick.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

  • 100g Ice

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 15mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 15mL Pineapple Juice
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 180mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Wedges, Pomegranate Seeds and Fresh Rosemary

Method

  1. Fill a glass with some of the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the soda water into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Top with the soda water and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with the lemon wedges, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
  7. Serve & enjoy.

  • 60mL Bourbon
  • 15mL Apricot Brandy
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lemon wedge and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
