Lemon Ginger & Honey Sling

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 15mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 15mL Pineapple Juice
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 180mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Wedges, Pomegranate Seeds and Fresh Rosemary

Method

  1. Fill a glass with some of the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the soda water into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Top with the soda water and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with the lemon wedges, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
  7. Serve & enjoy.

  • 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 60mL Bourbon
  • 15mL Apricot Brandy
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lemon wedge and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

  • 2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
  • 200mL Pear Juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lemon Wedge and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey, bourbon and the peychaud bitters over the ice.
  3. Top with the pear juice and stir to combine.

Ingredients

  • 45mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 60mL Coconut Liqueur
  • 200mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Slices and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey and the coconut liqueur over the ice.
  3. Top with the soda water.
  4. Garnish with the lemon slices and a sprig of mint.

Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 200mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 80mL Olive Oil
  • 60mL Cup Wholegrain Mustard
  • 60mL Cup Dijon Mustard

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing into a pouring jug.
  4. Use over salads, meat or as a marinade.
  5. Enjoy.

  • 1 Dash Tabasco
  • 5mL Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 40mL Club Soda
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill a glass with some of the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the egg has emulsified.
  4. Add the rest of the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 10mL Yuzu Juice
  • 30mL Amaro
  • 90mL Sparkling Wine
  • 4 Dashes Tiki Bitter
  • 1 Egg White
  • Garnish: Orange Zest & Fresh Rosemary

Method

  1. Pour the sparkling wine into a chilled glass.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the egg has emulsified.
  4. Slowly strain the cocktail on top of the sparkling wine to create a foamy layer and squeeze an orange peel on top.
  5. Garnish by creating a star pattern with the orange zest on top of the foam and add a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Serve & enjoy
