Hot Buttered Gin

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Lemon, Ginger & Honey
  • 40mL Gin
  • 1mL Orange Bitters
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter
  • 100mL Hot Water
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Lemon, Ginger & Honey, gin and orange bitters into a Boston Shaker and shake.
  2. Strain into a glass and top with hot water.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and stir to combine until the butter has dissolved.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Hot Buttered Gin

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Lemon, Ginger & Honey
  • 45mL Ciroc Coco
  • 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Frangelico
  • Crushed Ice
  • Garnish: Pineapple Sage & Nutmeg

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain cocktail into a glass over the ice.
  5. Top with crushed ice and garnish with pineapple sage and nutmeg
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 35mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g White Pepper Powder

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Serve & enjoy.

Honey Sour

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 45mL Sauvignon Blanc White Wine
  • 15mL Cointreau
  • 10mL Pallini Limoncello
  • 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Garnish: A Twist Of Lemon Peel

Method

  1. Rim a chilled glass with honey and sugar.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the garnished glass and top with a twist of lemon peel.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Ingredients

  • 35mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g White Pepper Powder

Method

  1. All the ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine.

Lemon Ginger & Honey Tea

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 180mL Hot Water

Method

  1. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey into your favourite mug.
  2. Top with hot water & stir to combine.
  3. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with a a slice of fresh lemon
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Lemon Ginger Honey Flip

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
  • 45mL Dry Gin
  • 30mL Grand Marnier
  • 30mL Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Egg White
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup
  • Dry Sparkling wine
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker (excluding the sparkling wine).
  3. Shake the ingredients with no ice until the egg has emulsified.
  4. Add the ice & shake again until the tin has frosted.
  5. Double strain contents into the ice fillled glass.
  6. Top with the sparkling wine & garnish with a twist of lemon.
  7. Serve & enjoy.
