Lemon Ginger & Honey Dip

Ingredients

35mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
100g Mayonnaise
5g Salt
5g White Pepper Powder

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Serve & enjoy.

Lemon Ginger & Honey Dip

Honey Sour

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
45mL Sauvignon Blanc White Wine
15mL Cointreau
10mL Pallini Limoncello
10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Honey
Sugar

Method

1. Rim a chilled glass with honey and sugar.
2. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
4. Strain the cocktail into the garnished glass and top with a twist of lemon peel.
5. Serve & enjoy

Honey Sour

Ingredients

35mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
100g Mayonnaise
5g Salt
5g White Pepper Powder

Method

1. All the ingredients into a bowl.
2. Stir well to combine.

Lemon Ginger & Honey Tea

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey 180mL
Hot Water

Method

1. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey into your favourite mug.
2. Top with hot water & stir to combine.
3. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve & enjoy.

Lemon Ginger Honey Flip

Ingredients

30mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
45mL Dry Gin
30mL Grand Marnier
30mL Lemon Juice
20mL Egg White
15mL Sugar Syrup
Dry Sparkling wine
Ice

Method

1. Fill a glass with ice
2. Add all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker (excluding the sparkling wine).
3. Shake the ingredients with no ice.
4. Add the ice & shake again.
5. Double strain contents into the ice lled glass.
6. Top with the sparkling wine & garnish with a twist of lemon.
7. Serve & enjoy.
