Recipe

Irish Affogato

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Irish Cream
30mL Espresso Coffee
1 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Add a scoop of ice cream to the epresso coffee.
3. Pour the SHOTT Irish Cream over the ice cream.
4. Service immediately & enjoy.

Irish Coffee (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Irish Cream
200mL Plunger Coffee
Lightly Whipped Cream
Garnish: Chocolate Powder

Method

1. Fill a cup with the freshly brewed plunger coffee, leaving an inch space at the top.
2. Add in the SHOTT Irish Cream and stir to combine.
3. Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by, slowly pouring the cream over the back of a spoon into the cup. Be careful not to break the coffees surface.
4. Garnish with a light dusting of chocolate powder.
5. Serve & enjoy.
