Hazelnut Flat White

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee

Method

  1. Extract the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Hazelnut into the cup and stir to combine.
  3. Holding back the milk foam and slowly pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion until 80% full.
  4. For the last 20% release the milk foam and pour the remaining texturized milk into the cup.
  5. Serve & enjoy!

Hazelnut Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pump (30mL) SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Cold Water
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Sauce and Crushed Hazelnuts

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, caramel sauce and crushed hazelnuts.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Texturized Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Hazelnut into the espresso coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

  • 150mL Cold Brew Coffee
  • 70mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a glass.

Hazelnut Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 10mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 125mL Basic Milk (70mL Evaporated Milk, 10g Condensed Milk and 50mL Water)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Make basic milk by stirring the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the water, then put it aside.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Hazelnut & Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 15mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Crushed Hazelnuts and Shaved Chocolate

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, the crushed hazelnuts and the shaved chocolate.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Almond Milk
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Hazelnut to the coffee.
  3. Heat the almond milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the textured milk into the flavoured coffee in a circular motion to combine.
  5. Garnish with the cinnamon powder.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass
