Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30mL Cognac
  • 30mL Cointreau
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Rosemary and Lemon Slices

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup), lemon juice, cognac and the cointreau to a boston shaker.
  2. Dry shake contents of boston shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake well until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and the lemon slices.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Acelga Wine

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
  • 45mL White Wine
  • 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint and A Skewered Apricot

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup), white wine, fresh lime juice and the egg white into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and the skewered apricot.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Iced Strawberry & White Tea

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
  • 10mL SHOTT Strawberry
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • 1 White Tea Bag
  • Garnish: A Halved Strawberry and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. In a separate heatproof jug, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and set aside to cool.
  2. Fill a glass with the ice.
  3. Pour the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup) and the SHOTT Strawberry over the ice.
  4. Top with the infused white tea and stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with the halved strawberry and a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Sweet Summer Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Hot Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheels

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Press the espresso coffee into a heatproof glass, add the hot water and set aside to cool.
  3. Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup) over the ice.
  4. Top with the brewed coffee.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with the lemon wheels.
  7. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Pomegranate
  • 10mL SHOTT Gomme Sugar Syrup
  • 45mL Gin
  • 20mL Hibiscus and Rosehip tea
  • 20mL Lemon Juice
  • 5mL Rose Water
  • 20mL Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Skewered Cherry and an Orange Peel Twist

Method

  1. Brew the hibiscus and rosehip tea and set to one side to chill.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a Boston Shaker and shake without ice until the egg white has emulsified.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry and a orange peel twist.

Whiskey Sour Classic

Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Simple Sugar
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15mL Egg White
  • 60mL Whiskey
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Zest

Method

  1. Fill a short glass with ice.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
  3. Shake without ice until the egg has emulsified.
  4. Add ice and shake hard until the tin has frosted.
  5. Discard the ice in the short glass and double strain the cocktail into a short glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest.
  7. Serve & enjoy.

Pomegranate Tequila Negroni

Ingredients

  • 10ml SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 5ml SHOTT Gomme
  • 30mL Golden Tequila
  • 15ml Campari
  • Garnish: Orange Peel Twist

Method

  1. Fill a stirring glass with ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the stirring glass and stir to combine.
  3. Fill a pre-chilled glass with ice & double strain the cocktail over the ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
