Mexican Fizz

Ingredients

30mL SHOTT Cranberry & Lime
10mL SHOTT Caramel
45mL Golden Resposado Tequila
30mL Fresh Lime Juice
15mL Egg White
Ice
Garnish: Marshmallows

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until tin has frosted.
4. Strain into a tall glass over the ice.
5. Garnish with Marshmallows.
6 Serve & enjoy.

Cranberry Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

100mL SHOTT Cranberry & Lime
500g Pork Mince
1 Onion
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Camembert Wheel
3 Flaky Pastry Sheets
Sesame Seeds
Egg to coat the pastry

Method

1. Chop the onion and camembert into small pieces.
2. Mix the onion, camembert, cranberries, SHOTT Cranberry & Lime into the pork mince and leave for 2 hours to marinate in the fridge.
3. While the filling marinates remove three flaky pastry sheets from the freezer to thaw and preheat the over to 180oC.
4. Place a line of filling one inch from the pastry side. Firmly roll the pastry over the filling. Wet the pastry edge to seal. Place the seal side down on the baking tray. Repeat for the other two rolls.
5. Brush a beaten egg over the pastry and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Place in the oven and cook until golden brown.

Cranberry Julep

Ingredients

30ml Whiskey
30ml Port
30ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml SHOTT Cranberry & Lime
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: Fresh Mint, Edible Flowers & Fresh Cranberries

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients into a julep tin.
2. Fill the tin with crushed ice.
3. Swizzle the contents until the outside of the tin is frosted.
4. Top with crushed ice & form into a peak.
5. Garnish with an edible ower, fresh mint & cranberries.
6. Serve & enjoy.

20mL SHOTT Cranberry & Lime 180mL Soda Water
Ice
Garnish: Fresh Lime Wedges

Method

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour the SHOTT Cranberry & Lime over the ice.
3. Top with the soda water & stir to combine.
4. Garnish with 3 fresh lime wedges.
5. Serve & enjoy.
