Coconut Iced Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 50g Ice
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Milk Foam and Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Coconut over the ice and top with the full cream milk.
  3. Stir to combine and garnish with the milk foam and chocolate powder.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Coconut Bubble Tea

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 50g Ice
  • 40g Tapioca Pearls
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Fill a cup with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Coconut over the ice.
  3. Top with the milk and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the tapioca pearls on top.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Coconut Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pump (30mL) SHOTT Coconut
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Cold Water
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint And Two Slices Of Coconut

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the fresh mint and two slices of coconut.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Coconut Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 1 Scoop SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream and fresh mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Coconut Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 300mL Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Extract the espresso coffee and pour into a mug.
  2. Add the SHOTT Coconut and stir to combine.
  3. Texturize the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the textured milk into the mug.

Coconut Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Mini Marshmallows and Coconut Chips

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add the SHOTT Coconut and the SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Garnish with the mini marshmallows and the coconut chips.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Raspberry & Coconut Frappe

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
  • 20mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 1 Cup Of Ice
  • Garnish: A Frozen Raspberry and Shaved Coconut

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass (half a coconut optional).
  4. Garnish with the frozen raspberry and the shaved coconut.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Raspberry & Coconut Frappe

Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 10mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 40mL White Rum
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 180mL Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice
  • Garnish: Lime Wedges and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. In a tall glass, muddle together the mint leaves and the lime juice.
  2. Add the crushed ice to the glass and pour the SHOTT Coconut and the white rum over the ice.
  3. Top with the soda water and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
