Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 180mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Powder and a Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Cinnamon into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  3. Garnish with the whipped cream, cinnamon powder and a cinnamon stick.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Autumn Spiced Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Spiced Pumpkin
  • 15mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 150mL Full Cream Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • Garnish: Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a smoothie glass.
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Hot Cross Bun Martini

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 10mL SHOTT Flamed Orange
  • 60mL Gin
  • 10mL Dry Vermouth

Method

  1. Add the Gin, Vermouth, SHOTT Cinnamon & SHOTT Flamed Orange into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into 2 martini glasses and twist a strip of lemon over each glass.
  3. Garnish with a raisin and a twist of lemon in each glass.
  4. Serve immediately.

Hot Cross Bun Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 10mL SHOTT Flamed Orange
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Cinnamon & SHOTT Flamed Orange to the coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Next, heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the SHOTT Cinnamon & SHOTT Flamed Orange coffee shot.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Hot Cross Bun Latte

Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 20ml Chai (Cinnamon Notes)
  • 180mL Hot Milk

Method

  1. Add both the SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes) and the milk to the metal steam jug.
  2. Heat together using the steam arm on the coffee machine to release aromatics & flavour.
  3. Pour hot milk into the cup in a circular motion, to combine.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Apple Pie Cider

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of whole allspice 230mL
  • Apple Cider (1 bottle)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the apple cider, SHOTT Cinnamon and the allspices
  2. Heat the mixture, without bringing to the boil.
  3. Reduce the heat, cover and leave to brew for 5 minutes.
  4. Take the pan off the element & strain into the cup, making sure to remove the allspice pieces.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Apple Pie Cider

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
  • 200mL Milk
  • 30mL Coffee Shot
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and Cinnamon Powder

Method

  1. Press the coffee shot into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add SHOTT Cinnamon to the cup and stir.
  3. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the cup in a circular motion, to combine.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream a and sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Serve & enjoy
