Recipe

Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients

30mL SHOTT Chocolate
720mL Water
400g Sugar
150g Cocoa Powder
100g Glucose
340g Good Quality Chocolate

Method

1. In a large pot bring add the first 5 ingredients, water, SHOTT Chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, glucose and bring to the boil.
2. Take the pot off the heat, add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
3. Once the mixture is smooth add the remaining water to combine.
4. Add the mix to an ice-cream machine and churn until cold.
5. Alternatively, lay the mixture onto a tray and place in the freezer.
6. Whisk every half an hour to ensure the finished ice-cream is smooth.
7. Serve & enjoy.

Chocolate Sorbet

Turkish Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Rose
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
230mL Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Edible Flowers

Method

1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
2. Add both of the SHOTT Rose and SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk
3. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
5. Place the cup on a saucers and garnish with edible flowers.
6. Serve & enjoy

Turkish Hot Chocolate

Chocolate Hard Shake

Ingredients

30mL SHOTT Chocolate
30mL Rum
1 Scoop of Ice Cream
100mL Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Whipped Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
3. In a classic milkshake glass, garnish the wall of the glass with an extra 30mL of the SHOTT Chocolate.
4. Pour the hard shake into the glass.
5. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

Classic Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Chocolate
180mL Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Chocolate Powder and Fresh Mint

Method

1. Pour the SHOTT Chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Heat the milk by using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
3. Pour the steamed milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
4. Garnish with chocolate powder and a fresh sprig of mint

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Salted Caramel
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
230mL Full Cream Milk
Whipped Cream

Method

1. Heat the milk by using the steam arm on a coffee machine
2. Stir in the SHOTT Salted Caramel into the hot milk
3. Pour into a heat proof mug or heatproof glass
4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with caramel sauce
5. Serve & Enjoy

Ingredients

10mL SHOTT Vanilla
10mL SHOTT Caramel
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
230mL Full Cream Milk
Whipped Cream

Method

1. Heat the milk by using the steam arm on a coffee machine
2. Stir in both the SHOTT Chocolate, SHOTT Vanilla & SHOTT Caramel into hot milk
3. Pour into a heat proof mug or heat proof glass
4. Top with whipped cream

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Hazelnut
20mL SHOTT Caramel
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
30mL Espresso
200mL Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Whipped Cream & Chocolate Powder

Method

1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass
2. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine
3. Stir in the SHOTT Chocolate, SHOTT Caramel & SHOTT Hazelnut into the hot milk
4. Pour the hot flavoured milk into the coffee
5. Garnish with whipped cream & chocolate powder
6. Serve & Enjoy

20ml SHOTT Chocoalte
260ml Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Fresh Mint & Cocoa Powder

Method

1. Heat the milk using a steam arm on a coffee machine.
2. Add both of the SHOTT Chocolate & SHOTT Three Berry to the hot milk & stir to combine.
3. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
4. Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder & a sprig of fresh mint.
