Macadamia Mochaccino

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Macadamia
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 180mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Macadamia into the espresso coffee.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate powder.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Classic Mocha

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chocolate into the espresso coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pump (30mL) SHOTT Chocolate
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Cold Water
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream And Chocolate Sauce

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

  • 1 Scoop SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 180mL Texturized Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  3. Garnish with some mini marshmallows and a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Hazelnut & Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Hazelnut
  • 15mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Crushed Hazelnuts and Shaved Chocolate

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, the crushed hazelnuts and the shaved chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Flamed Orange
  • 10mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and Orange Zest

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream and the orange zest.

Almond Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and An Almond Cookie

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add the SHOTT Almond (Orgeat) and the SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Garnish with the whipped cream and the almond cookie.
