Chai (Vanilla Notes) Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream And A Star Anise

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream and a star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Chai (Vanilla Notes) Milkshake

Chai Vanilla Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Powder and Star Anise

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes) into the espresso coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with light dusting of the cinnamon powder and the star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Dirty Vanilla Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee

Ingredients

Spiced Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 5mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 5mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 5mL Soda Water
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 55mL Bourbon
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Spiced Old Fashioned

Recipe

Coconut & Chai Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 80mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 350mL Almond Milk
  • 180mL Coconut Milk
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Cup White Rice (Medium Grain)
  • 470mL Water
  • Garnish: A Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Place the rice in a saucepan with the water, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and keep cooking until all of the water has been absorbed.
  2. In a large pan, mix together the almond milk, coconut milk and the SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes), and warm over low heat.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the milk mixture and continue to cook over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the mix is thick and creamy.
  4. Beat the egg in a smalll bowl and slowly drizzle it into the hot rice, stirring constantly until incorporated.
  5. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the mixture bubbles.
  6. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
  7. Serve hot & enjoy.
Coconut & Chai Rice Pudding

Vanilla Chai Thick Shake

Ingredients

  • 40mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Powder, A Vanilla Bean and Crushed Macadamias

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the thick shake into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, a light dusting of cinnamon powder, the vanilla bean and the crushed macadamias.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Vanilla Chai Thick Shake

Hot Chocolate Chai

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: A Cinnamon Stick and Cocoa Powder

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes) and the SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Garnish with the cinnamon stick and the cocoa powder.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
