Chai Spiced Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pump (30mL) SHOTT Irish Cream
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Cold Water
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: A Cinnamon Stick And A Star Anise

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the cinnamon stick and a star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Chai (Spiced Notes) Bubble Tea

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • 50g Ice
  • 40g Tapioca Pearls
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk
  • A Star Anise

Method

  1. Add the tapioca pearls and ice to a cup.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) over the pearls and ice.
  3. Top with the milk and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Spiced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 180mL Texturized Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  3. Garnish with some mini marshmallows and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Spiced Orange Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 60mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • 60mL SHOTT Orange & Lemongrass
  • 100g Pitted Dates
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 40g Cocoa Powder
  • Warm Water
  • Garnish: Orange Zest

Method

  1. Pour the dates the into a bowl and cover with the warm water. Soak until softened (approximately 10 minutes).
  2. In a saucepan, pour the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and the SHOTT Orange & Lemongrass, and warm up on low heat to infuse the flavours.
  3. Drain the dates and pour into a blender. Add the flesh from the avocados and sprinkle in the cocoa powder.
  4. Pour in the cooled SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and the SHOTT Orange & Lemongrass ingredients and blend well until combined.
  5. Place in the fridge to cool and firm for 45 minutes.
  6. Garnish with the orange zest.
  7. Serve & enjoy.

Dirty Chai Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • • 45mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • • 1 Pack Gingernut Biscuits
  • • 100g Melted Butter
  • • 45mL Espresso Coffee
  • • 2 Teaspoons Gelatine
  • • 250g Cream Cheese
  • • 300mL Full Fat Cream
  • • 180mL Condensed Milk
  • • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Method

  1. Add the biscuits and the melted butter to a food processor, and process until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  2. Press the biscuit crumbs into the base of a spring form cake tin.
  3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatine over the hot coffee, and stir until it dissolves.
  4. Add the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and set mixture aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, cream, condensed milk and vanilla.
  6. Add the coffee/chai mixture and beat again until well mixed.
  7. Spoon the mixture over the bases, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve & enjoy.

Chai Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • 100mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Note)
  • 1kg Pork Loin Roast
  • 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160oC on fan bake.
  2. Pour the vinegar over the skin and rub in the salt.
  3. In a roasting dish pour in the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and milk.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Place the pork in the roasting dish and cook for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve & enjoy

Chai Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 100mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes)
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 Cup Caster Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180oc fan bake and grease a bread/loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and walnuts together.
  4. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla and mix until just combined.
  5. Add the chopped walnuts. Be careful not to over mix.
  6. Pour into greased tin and place in the oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a large glass.
