Dirty Chai Martini

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Original)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 60mL Kahlua
  • 60mL Vodka
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Coffee Beans and Star Anise

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Boston Shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds or until the tin has frosted.
  3. Pour cocktail into a pre-chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with the coffee beans and star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Dirty Chai Martini

Classic Dirty Chai

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Chai (Original)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Texturized Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Powder and Star Anise

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chai (Original) into the espresso coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the texturized milk into the cup in a circular motion to combine.
  4. Garnish with light dusting of the cinnamon powder and the star anise.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
Classic Dirty Chai

Original Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL Chai (Original)
  • 180mL Hot Milk

Method

  1. Add both the SHOTT Chai (Original) and the milk to the metal steam jug.
  2. Heat together using the steam arm on the coffee machine to release aromatics & flavour.
  3. Pour hot milk into the cup in a circular motion, to combine.
  4. Serve & enjoy.
Original Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 45mL SHOTT Chai (Original)
  • 250mL Cold Milk
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Powder and Star Anise

Method

  1. Fill a cup with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Chai (Original) over the ice.
  3. Top with the milk and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon powder and star anise, or as desired.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
