Blended Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Bits and Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until slmooth.
  3. Pour the cold drink into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, caramel bits and a drizzle of the caramel sauce.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Iced Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Press the espresso coffee and pour it over the ice.
  3. Top with the milk.
  4. Add the SHOTT Caramel to the iced coffee and stir to combine.
  5. Garnish by lightly drizzling the caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Jiro Dreams of Cuba

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
  • 15mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 55mL White Rum
  • 3-5mL Campari
  • 20mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Skewered Raspberry

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with the ice.
  2. In a boston shaker, use the flat part of a bar spoon to make a paste from the miso.
  3. Pour all of the remaining ingredients into the boston shaker and shake wll until the tin has frosted.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with the skewered raspberry.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Caramel Mocha Frappe

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 10mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • 40mL Espresso Coffee (Frozen Into Ice Cubes)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: SHOTT Caramel, Whipped Cream and Shaved Chocolate

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream drizzle over the SHOTT Caramel and sprinkle over the shaved chocolate.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine and pour it into a heatproof latte glass.
  2. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  3. Add the SHOTT Caramel to the coffee and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured coffee into the latte glass filled with milk.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Cotton Candy Ade

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Cranberry & Lime
  • 10mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 180mL Sprite
  • Garnish: Foamed Milk and Rainbow Candy

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Cranberry & Lime and the SHOTT Caramel over the ice.
  3. Top with sprite and stir to combine.
  4. Place the foamed milk on the ade (top) of the drink.
  5. Garnish with rainbow candy.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Cranberry & Lime
  • 10mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 45mL Golden Resposado Tequila
  • 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15mL Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Marshmallows

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until tin has frosted.
  4. Strain into a tall glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with marshmallows.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 60mL Kahlua
  • 60mL Vodka
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Rosemary and 4 Coffee Beans

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Boston Shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds or until the tin has frosted.
  3. Pour cocktail into a pre-chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and coffee beans.
  5. Serve & enjoy
