Apple & Pear Cider

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 180mL Pear Cider
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: A Slice of Apple

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour The SHOTT Tahitian Lime & Mint over the ice.
  3. Top with the cider and stir carefully.
  4. Garnish with the slice of apple.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • Garnish: A Sprig of Fresh Rosemary, A Cinnamon Stick And Slices Of Fresh Apple

Method

  1. Pour The SHOTT Apple into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Top with the hot water and stir carefully.
  3. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with the sprig of fresh rosemary, cinnamon stick and slices of apple.

Apple Martini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 90mL Vodka
  • 5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Slices of Apple

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the tin has frosted.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with the apple slices.

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 10mL SHOTT Strawberry
  • 20g Fresh Strawberry
  • 200mL Soda
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add the fresh strawberry and the SHOTT Strawberry into a glass and muddle together.
  2. Add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand) and fill the glass with ice.

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 1 Peppermint Tea Bag
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint

Method

  1. In a separate heatproof jar, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and set aside to cool.
  2. Fill a glass with the ice.
  3. Pour the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand) over the ice.
  4. Top with the infused tea and stir to combine.

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Orange Liqueur
  • 30mL White Rum
  • 30mL Soda Water

  • Garnish: A Slice of Apple and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur and the white rum into a boston shaker.
