Apple Ice Tea

Ingredients

30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
1x Earl Grey Tea Bag
180mL Iced Water
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & Bay Leaf

Method

1. Combine the earl grey with the iced water and stir to infuse.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Pour the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand) over the ice.
4. Add the earl grey tea infusion and stir to combine.
5. Garnish with a bay leaf and a cinnamon stick.
6. Serve & enjoy.

Apple Salad Dressing

Ingredients

60mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
2mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
100mL Olive Oil
40g Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
20g Chinese Parsley (Chopped)
5g Salt
5g Black Pepper (Crushed)

Method

1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a resealable jar.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Pour the dressing over a salad.
4. Serve & enjoy.

Turkish Apple Tea

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Whole Cloves
180mL Boiling Water
Garnish: Fresh Apple and a Sprig of Rosemary

Method

1. In a small teapot, add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), cinnamon stick, cloves and boiling water
2. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a tea cup and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.

Apple Pie Cider

Ingredients

20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
1 Pinch of whole allspice 230mL
Apple Cider (1 bottle)
1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Method

1. In a saucepan, combine the apple cider, SHOTT Cinnamon and the allspices
2. Heat the mixture, without bringing to the boil.
3. Reduce the heat, cover and leave to brew for 5 minutes.
4. Take the pan off the element & strain into the cup, making sure to remove the allspice pieces.
5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
