Almond Iced Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Almond
  • 50g Ice
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Almond Slices and Chocolate Sauce

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Chocolate and SHOTT Almond over the ice and top with the full cream milk.
  3. Stir to combine and garnish with the whipped cream, almond slices and chocolate sauce.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

Almond Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 1 Dessert Spoon SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Almond slices

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the almond slices.
  5. Serve & enjoy.

Almond Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 230mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and An Almond Cookie

Method

  1. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  2. Add the SHOTT Almond (Orgeat) and the SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the flavoured hot chocolate into a mug or heatproof glass.
  5. Garnish with the whipped cream and the almond cookie.
  6. Serve & enjoy.

Italian Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 160mL Soda Water
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Add the SHOTT Almond (Orgeat), lemon juice, angostura bitters and the orange bitters over the ice.
  3. Top with the soda water.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
Italian Lemonade

The Butter Scott

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Butterscotch
  • 15mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 45mL Vanilla Vodka
  • 10mL Dessert Wine (Muskat based)
  • 1 Full Egg
  • 2 Dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 2 Dash Black Walnut Bitters
  • Garnish: Black Walnut Bitters

Method

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
  2. Shake without ice until the egg has emulsified.
  3. Add ice and shake again until the tin has frosted.
  4. Pour cocktail into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with black walnut bitters stained hearts.

Marzipan Latte

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Almond (Orgeat)
  • 30mL SHOTT Espresso Coffee
  • 180mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Add the SHOTT ALmond (Orgeat) to the coffee and stir to combine.
  3. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the flavoured coffee shot.
  5. Garnish with a light dusting of chocolate powder.
  6. 6 Serve & Enjoy
